About the Class Concert
Kansas Ballet Academy's annual Class Concert is a wonderful opportunity for students to display their yearly progress to friends and family members. The main focus of our Academy is to provide top-notch technical training inside the classroom. However, classical ballet is a performing art and we are pleased to offer our students a chance to enhance and compliment their classwork with onstage experience.
During Second Semester a small portion of class time will be devoted to learning and practicing choreography that will be presented in the Class Concert. All enrolled students are eligible to take part in the performance but participation is optional and at the discretion of each individual dancer. Every effort will be made to keep costume prices as low as possible and families will be notified of costs before they are required to commit to the performance.
